Reversible Basketball Uniform Order Information

WARRANTY: All of our merchandise is of a high quality and is fully guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects. Merchandise considered defective may be returned to TEAM SPORTS for inspection. All returns must be authorized by TEAM SPORTS, must be prepaid, and must include a written description of the defect.

TERMS: A deposit of 50% is required upon placement of any order that requires printing. A deposit of 25% is required on other special orders, such as custom made orders, and items that we don't normally stock. The balance of payment is due upon delivery of merchandise. We also honor signed Purchase Orders from any accredited or publicly funded institution, government or student body fund.

MINIMUMS: Orders under $50 are subject to a $5.00 handling charge. All custom uniforms are made for team or league purchases only.

PRICES: All prices are based on F.O.B. Novato, CA, unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. We have pricing for team, multiple team, and league quantities. Please contact us with your specific item pricing requests.

SALES TAX: California residences who are not purchasing for resale and who do not have a resale tax certificate are subject to a 8.5% sales tax.

DELIVERY TIME: Delivery time for custom uniforms is 2-8 weeks, and includes printing on jerseys. Times vary depending on size of order, season and whether all materials used in the garments are in stock. Especially large uniform orders taken during peak months, such as the summer, may require additional time. Please let us know your potential add-on and other delivery requirements when placing your order. Items listed as Semi-stock means the items are normally, but not always, in stock at our warehouse or with one of our affiliate manufacturers with delivery of 1 to 3 weeks, including screen printing. Customers should also allow for shipping time to their address. We can do rush orders, but they may be subject to a 5% surcharge.

ADD-ONS: As a customer service add-ons are available after the placement of your original team or league order. However, you must group your add-on needs, and if you change your order after placing it you will normally delay your order.

COLOR MATCHING: TSD will do its utmost to provide consistency in the color matching for all uniforms. However, dye lots of yarns and fabric may vary from lot to lot, and customers should be prepared to accept slight color variations form order to order.

SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES: Please examine all shipments carefully at the time of receipt. All claims for goods damaged in transit or for shortages due to packing errors must be reported within 14 days to TEAM SPORTS DISTRIBUTORS.

SAMPLES: Requested samples of our merchandise will be gladly shipped to your league address for inspection. A deposit by credit card or by advanced check will secure this transaction. A full refund can be provided once samples are returned providing it was not a special order. Jersey fabric and trim samples are provided without cost.
